"Neena" is my journey — and my intention to support women in midlife and menopause to feel more confident, relaxed, and naturally radiant.
"Veda" comes from Ayurveda and means knowledge or wisdom — a reminder that true beauty comes from balance, connection, and gentle, consistent care.

My story
I began to notice subtle changes in my face during Teams and Zoom calls.
My naturally smiley expression started to look more tired and downturned. I didn't quite recognise myself anymore.
At the same time, I was moving through midlife and the symptoms of menopause. Often feeling exhausted and noticing how that showed in my face.
I found myself wanting a more natural, supportive way to care for my face.
That's when I discovered face yoga.
Over time, my face began to look more lifted, rested and relaxed. The tension I had been holding started to soften. But more importantly, I began to feel like myself again. This experience inspired me to train with Danielle Collins.

What is face yoga?
Face yoga is a series of exercises and massage techniques designed to strengthen, tone and relax the muscles in your face, neck and scalp. Just as yoga benefits the body, face yoga helps to improve muscle tone, boost circulation and release tension — naturally, without needles or surgery.
Does face yoga actually work?
Yes. A study published in JAMA Dermatology found that participants who practised face yoga consistently appeared nearly three years younger after 20 weeks. Results build gradually — like any exercise — but with regular practice most people notice a difference within 4–8 weeks.
How quickly will I see results?
There are no quick fixes here.
Face yoga is about consistency, care, and learning to support your face in a natural way.
I'm here to guide you with simple, effective techniques — not overwhelm you or promise instant results.
With time and regular practice, many women begin to feel more lifted, relaxed, and at ease in their face.

How often do I need to practise?
For best results, we recommend around 15–20 minutes a day. Even a few minutes daily is more effective than one long session per week. Neena will guide you on the exercises best suited to your goals.
Do I need any equipment?
No. All you need is your hands, a mirror, and a quiet space. Sessions are delivered online, so you'll also need a device with a camera and a stable internet connection.
What's the difference between the sessions?
The free 15-minute Discovery Session is a relaxed first meeting to explore your goals and see whether face yoga feels right for you — no commitment required. The 1:1 Face Yoga Session is a full personalised session tailored entirely to your face and concerns. The 3-Session Face Yoga Journey gives you three personalised sessions over time, helping you build consistency and see real, lasting progress.
Is it suitable if I've never done face yoga before?
Absolutely. No experience is needed. Neena works with women at all stages, and sessions are gentle, accessible and welcoming — whether you're completely new or looking to deepen an existing practice.
